  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) olive oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) chicken broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5g) salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1.25g) black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Cooking Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, toss the chicken strips with Cajun seasoning until evenly coated.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for about 5-6 minutes, or until cooked through and nicely browned. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
