  • 1 cup rolled oats (90g)
  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar (200g)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted (113g)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (2g)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (3g)
  • 1 cup caramel sauce, store-bought or homemade (240g)
  • Vanilla ice cream or whipped cream, for serving

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, oats, brown sugar, melted butter, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until the ingredients are well combined and crumbly.
  3. Take half of the crumb mixture and press it firmly into the bottom of a greased 9×9-inch baking dish.
