Cooking Instructions

  1. In a large skillet or pot, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet and cook for an additional minute, until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the tikka masala paste, ground cumin, ground coriander, turmeric, paprika, and cayenne pepper (if using). Cook for another minute to allow the spices to bloom.
