  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce (240 milliliters)
  • 2 tablespoons melted vegan butter (30 grams)
  • Ranch or blue cheese dressing, for dipping (optional)
  • Celery sticks, for serving (optional)

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, almond milk, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, making sure it's evenly coated, and shake off any excess.
