  • 4 large portobello mushrooms

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil

Cooking Instructions

  2. Carefully remove the stems from the portobello mushrooms and set them aside. Clean the mushrooms by gently wiping them with a damp paper towel.
