  • 8 ounces (226g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup (60g) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup (60g) mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup (60g) finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup (60g) finely chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup (60g) finely chopped celery
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup (170g) cooked crab meat, flaked
  • 1/4 cup (60g) grated cheddar cheese
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms by gently wiping them with a damp paper towel. Remove the stems and set aside.
