  • 1/4 cup diced onion (40 grams)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large pot of boiling water, blanch the broccoli florets for 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.
