Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the cauliflower florets and cook for about 5 minutes, until they are tender but still firm. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a separate saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the flour and whisk until well combined to form a roux.
