  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 medium apples, peeled, cored, and diced
  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats (45 grams)
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar (50 grams)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add the cold cubed butter and use a pastry cutter or your fingertips to cut the butter into the dry ingredients until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
