  • 1/4 cup (60ml) of fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) of olive oil
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) of unsweetened almond milk
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: cherry tomatoes, fresh basil, red pepper flakes
