- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 cup (150g) of snap peas, trimmed
- 1 cup (100g) of bean sprouts
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) of hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) of rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) of sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) of sesame seeds, for garnish
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
- Start by preparing the tofu. Cut the tofu into cubes or strips, whichever you prefer. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the tofu and cook until golden brown and crispy on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. Set aside.
