- 1/2 cup of milk (120 milliliters)
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder (2.5 grams)
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper (0.6 grams)
- 1 1/3 cups of crispy fried onions, divided (75 grams)
- 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese (56 grams)
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
