  • 2 medium zucchinis, grated (about 2 cups)

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Special notes: You can use a box grater or a food processor to grate the zucchinis. Make sure to squeeze out any excess moisture from the grated zucchinis before using.

Cooking Instructions
