  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon (5g) ginger, grated
  • 2 cups (300g) broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup (75g) sliced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) low-sodium oyster sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5g) red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Cooking Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce and sesame oil. Add the sliced chicken and toss until well coated. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the marinated chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until cooked through and slightly browned. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
