  • 1 pound (450g) chicken breast, sliced into thin strips
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) olive oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup (150g) broccoli florets
  • 1 cup (150g) snap peas
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon (5g) ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: sesame seeds, green onions

Cooking Instructions

  1. Heat one tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the chicken strips to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
