  • 1/4 cup keto-friendly sweetener (such as erythritol or stevia)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips (85g)

Special Note: Make sure to use sugar-free chocolate chips that are sweetened with a keto-friendly sweetener.

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the melted butter and keto-friendly sweetener until well combined.
