  • 1/2 cup chicken broth (120 mL)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (25 grams)
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, drained and chopped (30 grams)
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves (30 grams)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Cooking Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and golden brown. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Reduce the heat to medium and add the heavy cream, chicken broth, Parmesan cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, and Italian seasoning. Stir well to combine.
