  • 1/2 cup (50g) chopped canned artichoke hearts, drained
  • 1/2 cup (50g) chopped frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes for a spicy kick
