  • 1 cup broccoli florets (90g)
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce (60ml)
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar (30ml)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (15ml)
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch (8g)
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish

Cooking Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the quinoa and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 15 minutes or until the quinoa is tender and the liquid is absorbed.

  2. While the quinoa is cooking, heat the sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, and sauté for about 1 minute or until fragrant.
