  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) of rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) of sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) of sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) of water
  • 1/4 cup (35g) of chopped peanuts
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Lime wedges, for serving

Cooking Instructions
