  • 2 cups (60 g) fresh spinach, chopped
  • 4 ounces (113 g) feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup (25 g) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1.25 g) salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon (0.5 g) black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant and translucent, about 3 minutes.
