  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast (optional, for a cheesy flavor)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 12 ounces (340 grams) spaghetti (or pasta of your choice)
  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Cooking Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion, carrots, celery, and garlic. Sauté for 5 minutes, or until the vegetables are softened.
