  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) capers, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) water (adjust as needed for desired consistency)
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon (15 ml) vegan Worcestershire sauce

Cooking Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the vegan mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, chopped capers, nutritional yeast, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are fully incorporated.

  3. If desired, add vegan Worcestershire sauce for an extra kick of flavor. Adjust the amount according to your taste preferences.
  4. Once the dressing is well mixed and seasoned to your liking, transfer it to a jar or container with a tight-fitting lid. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
