  • 1 teaspoon (5g) dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon (5g) dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Cooking Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  2. Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Heat one tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides, about 8-10 minutes. Remove the meatballs from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil and sauté the diced onion and minced garlic until they become soft and translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add the crushed tomatoes, dried basil, and dried oregano to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir well to combine.
  6. Return the meatballs to the skillet and simmer in the tomato sauce for 15-20 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through.
  7. While the meatballs simmer, heat a separate skillet over medium heat and add the spiralized zucchini noodles. Cook for 3-4 minutes, tossing occasionally, until the noodles are tender but still have a slight crunch.
  8. Serve the zucchini noodles topped with the tomato sauce and meatballs. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese for an extra burst of flavor.
