1. Our commitment to accessibility

Foodis (foodis.co.il) places real importance on providing equal, accessible service to all visitors, including people with disabilities. We work to make the Site accessible in line with Israeli Standard 5568, which adopts the WCAG 2.0 Level AA guidelines, as required under the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013.

2. Accommodations made

The Site has an accessibility tool installed (UserWay), which allows, among other things:

  • Text resizing and color-contrast adjustment.

  • Enhanced keyboard navigation.

  • Adjustments for screen-reader users.

In addition, the Site is built with attention to menu navigation, real form labels, and semantic heading structure on core content pages.

Important to state plainly: accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time project that has concluded. A full, professional accessibility audit of all Site pages by an external qualified assessor has not yet been performed. We continue to work on improving accessibility on an ongoing basis.

3. Parts not yet fully accessible

Some parts of the Site, particularly third-party-sourced content (such as sponsored/marketing content supplied by advertisers, embedded maps, embedded video, or content published before the Site underwent accessibility work), may not be fully accessible. We're working to gradually reduce these gaps.

4. Alternative ways to access our service

Anyone who encounters difficulty accessing content or a service on the Site is welcome to contact us directly (see contact details in Section 6), and we will make a reasonable effort to provide the requested information or service through an available alternative.
