Use of the "Foodis" website located at the internet domain www.foodis.co.il, operated by Doran Communications (the "Site"), or access to any of the Site's pages via the internet or any other technological means, constitutes your irrevocable agreement to the terms set out below. Please read them carefully.
Information and content
The Site publishes various content including software, graphics, images, links, text, and other material. Content is submitted for publication by restaurants, PR agencies, advertising agencies, and/or the Site's own writing staff, and appears across the Site's various sections.
Liability
The Site is not responsible for the information/content/data and/or its accuracy contained within the content. The Site will not be liable for any harm that may result from use of content found on the Site or on any end device on which the Site's content appears.
The content does not constitute a substitute for consultation with an expert, professional advice, or a professional opinion.
The Site reserves the exclusive right, but does not undertake any obligation, to remove or correct content at its sole discretion.
The Site publishes various data about restaurants and consumer products, such as prices, menus, and hours of operation. This data is published either as content written by the Site or as content provided under partnership agreements with other content providers. All information is provided as a public service and may be updated from time to time at the Site's sole discretion. The Site and/or the content providers it partners with are not responsible for this information. The Site recommends that any user relying on this information verify it independently. Any use of this information is at the user's sole responsibility.
The Site bears no responsibility regarding commercial information on the Site, including banners, commercial advertisements, and/or other publications. The Site does not verify the truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of such publications. Sole responsibility rests with the advertising party. The Site and/or its publisher will not be a party to any transaction that may take place between a user and an advertiser, and bears no responsibility for the consequences of such transactions.
Users shall have no claim or demand of any kind against any member of the Site's team. All use of the Site and reliance on its content is the full and sole responsibility of the user.

The Site contains content published under an agreement between the Site and a third party, such as, but not limited to, a restaurant search engine. Copyright in this content belongs to the third party, which has permitted the Site to use it. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, market, use, or transfer to the public this content or its associated trademarks, or make any other commercial or non-commercial use of it, without prior express written consent from the rights holder in this content.
Anyone submitting information intended for publication on the Site (including photographs or illustrations) confirms, by the act of submission, that they hold all rights to it and are entitled to submit it for publication. By submitting information for publication, the submitter grants Doran Communications and/or the Site a free, worldwide, non-exclusive, and unlimited-in-time license to copy, reproduce, distribute, market, publish, and use such information as it sees fit, wherever Doran Communications and/or the Site deem appropriate.
Governing law and jurisdiction
Use of this Site is governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction for any matter arising from use of the Site shall be the courts of Kfar Saba.
In case of any discrepancy between this English version and the original Hebrew Terms of Use, the Hebrew version shall govern.
