Whisky Live 2026 takes place on Wednesday and Thursday, September 2 and 3, from 14:00 to 23:00, at Expo Tel Aviv. This is the 12th edition of the international format in Israel, and it will also see the launch of Israel's first whisky blend.
The event, produced by the international Whisky Magazine, takes place every year in more than thirty cities around the world. This year it will include tastings of rare bottles, a premium zone, workshops with guests from Israel and abroad, and an exhibition featuring leading global distilleries alongside home distillers and independent bottlers.
Alongside the international brands, the event also reflects Israel's rise as a whisky power: eight Israeli whisky distilleries are taking part this year, and the first Israeli blend will launch, combining whisky from the Ruach and Milk & Honey distilleries.
Workshops at the event include: an Israeli whisky tasting, a workshop with Tullibardine and Singleton, a workshop with Fergus Simpson, Duncan Taylor's ambassador from Scotland, a workshop with Vincent Flint-Hill of independent bottler The Single Cask, a workshop with Andrew Wilson, head of whisky at Fruitful Spirits, a Highlands and Campbeltown workshop with David Van der Weehe, and a Macallan workshop with ambassador Niv Ben Lish. The event also includes a special workshop by Liron Tani and Yotam Bras of Milk & Honey, on how music affects the way we taste whisky.
The premium zone at the event will offer bottles hand-picked by leading figures in Israel's whisky culture and collectors, alongside cocktails and premium spirits such as gin, cognac and rum. A standard ticket costs 169 NIS and includes a professional whisky glass and three tastings. A lounge ticket costs 389 NIS and also includes a tasting plate and unlimited drinks.
