Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Butterfly the pork tenderloin by making a lengthwise cut down the center, stopping about 1/2 inch from the bottom. Open the tenderloin like a book.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mushrooms, shredded mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
