  • 1/2 cup maple syrup (120ml)
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil (60ml)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (90g)

Special Notes:

  • Make sure to use cooked and mashed sweet potatoes for this recipe.
  • You can substitute almond flour with any other gluten-free flour of your choice.

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a square baking dish.
