- 2 tablespoons powdered erythritol (24g)
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream (30ml)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (2.5ml)
Cooking Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, ground cinnamon, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond milk, melted coconut oil, granulated erythritol, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
